Where has the time gone? I don't know about you but over the past few weeks it's flown by, probably because I was busy setting up this Exhibition Website and then getting the site ready for you all to view our first ever online exhibition. Margaret and Myself had a blast behind the scenes keeping it all running smoothly and up to date. One hundred and thirteen paintings were submitted and of those we sold nine. This was fantastic as we weren't sure if it would work. We extended the exhibition an extra week so more people had a chance to view the wonderful array of artwork. Thank you for your lovely comments regarding the slide show and how the site was set up for you to view all the work by a specific artist.

My friends and their friends on Facebook who shared to their wall and took it to the four corners of England. Thanks to everyone who visited the site and thank you to all those people who voted for their favourite painting. You can find the winners here along with the three runner ups. Gosh that would have rivalled any thank you speech from the Oscars. The Artists, Margaret and myself (and some other members) will be coming up with ways to keep this website active and fresh till the 2021 Exhibition. Fingers crossed the committee say yes to a few things we'd like to do. Please keep an eye on our Twitter/ Facebook profiles and even the good ole local newspaper for our next exhibition. If you would like more information about the club please visit 'Club Activities'. For extra information we have a second website that has more information on the activities the club organises. Do you want to see more of our club members? Some of our members are joining in with the Eden Valley Artistic Network Art trail in September. Please click here to see who and where, they hope to see you there soon.
Keep creating and smiling. Linda and Margaret
